These terms govern your use of canvasandmarble.com (the "Site") and the content published by Canvas and Marble (the "Channels") on third-party platforms.
1. What we publish
Canvas and Marble produces short-form videos featuring public-domain artworks paired with synthesized narration. The Site exists as a brand landing page. We do not offer a consumer product, account creation or paid services on the Site.
2. Intellectual property
Artwork imagery is sourced from public-domain collections (The Metropolitan Museum of Art Open Access, Wikimedia Commons, Rijksmuseum and equivalent). The compilation, motion design, narration, music and brand identity of Canvas and Marble are © Canvas and Marble. You may share our videos via each platform's native share function; you may not re-upload, modify or commercialize them without written permission.
3. Automated content disclosure
Content on the Channels is produced through an automated pipeline that selects artworks, drafts narration and renders video. A human operator reviews releases prior to publishing. Narration is voiced by speech synthesis; we do not present it as authored by a specific person.
4. Third-party platforms
When you watch or interact with our content on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or X, the terms of those platforms also apply. We are not responsible for the behavior of those platforms.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided as-is. We make no warranty of accuracy regarding artwork attributions and reserve the right to correct or remove content at any time.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
